Guest guest Posted October 29, 2002 Report Share Posted October 29, 2002 Tofu Veal Parmesan Source: Tammy S./Cooking School Recipes 2 tubs water pack firm tofu (oz. will vary with brand; freeze tofu overnight and then thaw) 1 tsp. vegetable stock seasoning Ener-G egg replacer p[inch of basil, oregano, and chicken style seasoning water, enough to marinate tofu seasoned bread crumbs (gluten free if necessary) spaghetti sauce Slice tofu into " steaks " and marinate overnight or at least 3 hours in refrigerator. Drain tofu and fry in a small amount of olive oil until browned on both sides. Dip in 2 Tbsp. Ener-G egg and water. Add enough water to make a thin, milk-like consistency. Then bread in seasoned bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
