Guest guest
These sound really good! I have a newbie question, though.. will the package actually say firm tofu on it? I am finally venturing into the tofu jungle!(lol)! I eat it in chinese food and like it, and I have eaten it in veggie chili and like it ok there, so figure it should be ok in other things, too.. thanks, Caitlyn Support bacteria; it's the only culture some people have! Guest guest
Thanks! I am new in the tofu jungle too, that was why I was happy I could make something else with it as well:) There is regular, firm, extra firm and silken tofu. The box will tell you what you can do with it on it. Tip: You can get the silken tofu and blend it with a hand mixer and a box of sugar free fat free chocolate pudding and some dehydrated coffee crystals for a guiltless dessert!
