I'm going to attempt homemade rice milk for my 15 month old who is very allergic to soy...the commericial rice milk has some questionable ingredients I don't want to give him. Guest guest Posted December 9, 2002 Report Share Posted December 9, 2002 Whether vanilla is gluten free or not depends on whether or not you accept that grain alcohol distilled flavourings like vanilla have no trace of the grain protein because of the distillation process.
