Guest guest
2 questions: Is there a difference between tapioca starch and tapioca flour? I can't find tapioca starch anywhere. Anyone advise or insight? Another question - I have seen recipes that use " sweet rice flour " but I have never seen it in a store. Any ideas for how to deal with it? Suggestions of where it could be found or substitutes that can be used? Thanks! Dan

I've been using potato starch instead since I can get it for 50 cents a box. Let me know if you need some and I'd be glad to ship it. >Another question - I have seen recipes that use " sweet rice flour " but I >have never seen it in a store. I've tried to make my own using thai rice but was unable to get a fine enough blend. Maybe others will have suggestions? Susie, that's really sweet, but not necessary! Thanks for the offer though. Dan
