Guest guest
Whole Millet Crackers 5 TBSP olive oil (or oil of your choice) 1 TBSP honey or alternative sweetener 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup whole millet 1/2 cup millet flour 1 cup whole grain flour of choice (gf) Combine oil, honey, salt, and water. Stir in whole millet, millet flour and whole grain flour. Knead for only a few minutes until all flour is incorporated. Roll out dough 1/8 inch thick on Pam spray or buttered cookie sheet). Don't use just oil as crackers may stick too much. Score crackers with knife in square or diamond shapes (kids like to use the number and letter cookie cutters to make the crackers). Bake in preheated 325-350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on rack.
