Liquid Aminos are soy based so those are out as well for those avoiding soy.

I buy a vegetarian worcestershire sauce. Brand name is

" The Wizard's " . Here are the ingredients:

 

Organic apple cider vinegar, filtered water, organic

molasses, organic tamari (water, organic soybeans,

organic wheat, and salt), organic garlic juice,

organic lemon juice, sea salt, organic cayenne puree,

organic ginger puree, organic coriander seeds, xanthan

gum, tamarind, shiitake mushrooms, organic allspice,

organic mustard powder, organic cloves, natural

botanical extracts, natural smoke and citrus oils.

Oops ... yes, I know that. The rest of my family is

not totally gluten free and I buy this for them. Sorry

for the post. I belong to a few vegan groups and

didn't look close enough to see this was the

gluten-free group.
