Guest guest
The Skinny on Blueberries Blueberries pack the most powerful antioxidant punch of any fresh vegetable or fruit because they contain plentiful amounts of anthocyanins, which are the pigments that give red and purple the fruits their color. It may also come as a surprise to many that blueberries rival cranberries when it comes to preventing urinary tract infections. Both berries contain proanthocyanidins, compounds that act to keep E. coli (the most common bacterial cause of UTIs) from adhering to cells in the walls of the urinary tract. Right now, blueberries are in season -- add to fruit salads, toss on your morning cereal, or even make blueberry muffins. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Earnestly study to present yourself proved to Yahweh, a workman unashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth. Guest guest
Andrew Weil is one of those trendy nutritional gurus that is often on Oprah and the like. I get daily and weekly updates from him with comments like this one. He has some good recipes too. I don't agree with everything he says, of course, but he does have some interesting information on herbs.
