Judy-

 

I have to admit other then teff I have not heard of these other grains

either. We eat a lot of brown rice, millet, and corn for grains. I was

going to add all the different flours, but they are not all grains. We

eat a lot of seeds too. Hope this helps.

The prehistoric recipes are quite interesting and could well be used for a study

on survival.
