Guest guest
But dosai are fermented, not just plain rice or rice and lentil flour. They take a long time to make and are a reall pita. I can try to find you a more authentic recipe, if you like... Guest guest
Thanks Sandra. It would be interesting to see the " real " recipe, but I am staying away from fermenting products as much as possible. This version seemed simle enough and quick enough for use with a GF diet. Please do post your recipe if it isn't too much trouble though. It would be great to see it. BL ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ What does Yhwh Elohim require of you?
