Guest guest
Hello! I plan to buy a bread machine soon and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions on what to look for. Do some bread machines handle wheat/gluten-free recipes better than others? Thanks, Sean

Do some bread machines handle wheat/gluten-free recipes better than others? Hi Sean, I have a Zojurishi automatic bread machine and it makes gluten-free bread very well. I've been very happy with the machine (nearly 10 years old by now and going strong) and I've had better results making gf bread by machine than by hand/oven. Guest guest
I, too, have a Zoj and it makes wonderful GF bread. It is also about ten years old and going strong.
