Guest guest
(: Hey y'all! I am hosting this vegetarian speed dating event at Bay Leaf Cafe to benefit Joy Tang's OneVillage Foundation! My friend Lisa will be the MC and coordinator, and her events are always fabulous! Here's what will be happening in her words... " A wonderful opportunity for single vegetarians/vegans to meet other single vegetarians/ vegans. We sit our ladies at their tables and then sit their first fella down. They talk for five minutes, I scream " All Change! " and the ladies yell " New Man Please! " click their fingers and the bloke moves to the next table. You are given date cards where you can put whether you would like to see each other again. If he or she also indicates that he or she would like to see YOU again then that's a match. I contact you within 24 hours giving you the contact details of the matches I am still hearing stories of the many romances which have bloomed through previous events and EVERYONE always has a lovely time. It really is just so much fun and tickets are only $15. Payment can be made on the night please. EVERY SINGLE PENNY is donated to OneVillage Foundation: http://www.onevillagefoundation.org/ovf/about.html The Dating Sessions are as follows: Session A - 6.00 - 7.00 - Ages: 40s + Session B - 7.00 - 8.00 - Ages: 20s and 30s Afterwards dinner will be available at the restaurant followed by Karaoke with our beloved DJ PURPLE! Please note these dating sessions are just general guides for the age groups of people wishing to date and we certainly do not require people to strictly date within their age category. You may date in as many sessions as you like for only one donation payment. Priority is given to people who have their names on our Guest List. In order to join our Guest List please email Lisa Slade at showitorg with your name and Session(s) you would like to date within. We ask that you please arrive at least 30 minutes before the dating session you would like to date within. The Bay Leaf is a very lovely restaurant in Palo Alto with the friendliest of owners and staff. " http://www.thebayleafcafe.com OneVillage Foundation is planning an " African Renaissance Festival - an international multimedia event focusing on community development in African villages and featuring youth workshops on sustainable agriculture, computer skills and effective goal setting " http://onevillagefoundation.org/ovf/about.html Steve
