Diesel to Vegetable Oil Conversions

Convert your old Mercedes, VW or most any other

Indirect Ignition diesels (the older ones) to run on

waste vegetable oil which can be obtained for FREE at

many restaurants. In addition to being a cheap fuel it

is the cleanest fuel available in terms of

emissions/pollutants - cleaner than gas, ethanol,

gasohol, or methanol - equivalent to biodiesel AND it

is a renewable energy source, of which the importance

need not be mentioned. Plus I can't tell you how

liberating it is to be driving on what people call

waste!

 

I can give you any number of conversion options and

price levels - you choose. Labor costs are $50/HR and

total time will depend on the degree and complexity of

conversion. Email me for more info - include the make

and year of your vehicle please. I am located in Santa

Cruz. I'm currently working on being able to do mobile

installs, but currently don't have all the necessary

equipment. I may however be able to travel to closer

locales, though I charge slightly higher labor rates.

 

If cost and not the enviroment is your main concern,

your cost savings in fuel should recoup your

investment in about a year.
