Would someone please comment on this: " ......The cane sugar in our chocolate

products is filtered using a diatomacious filtration process using no bone char

from animals in the process. " Does not " diatomacious " refer to the shells of

animals? (diatoms) Or algae? What does the jury say? I know I am splitting
