[SouthBayVeggies] FYI: Frugal Foodies is not a formal cooking class

as a frequent guest chef at frugal foodies, i can say this not at all

a class and the host refuses to let the guest chefs do any teaching

at all. this can be a bit frustrating at times for both me and the

other participants! Nonetheless it is always a very fun time
