For info, e-mail Mai at maidao Features: The Ethical Culture Society of Silicon Valley is having an ethical action meeting to educate people about eating a veggie based diet. Our event is a faux meat tasting, where we will be doing cooking demonstrations using veggie meat alternatives. We are going to be preparing a first course, main course, salad course and a dessert.
