Hello,

 

I am trying a really cool new recipe and I need the following items.

Please

let me know if you know where to find them.

 

The ingredients are:

 

* Coconut oil

* Irish moss

* Lecithin

 

All the other stuff I can probably find in Whole Foods.

Also, do you know of any whole foods like store close to downtown San

Jose?

Yeah, but trader joe does not have bulk foods section and their produce is

.... oh, where to begin?

 

Don't get me wrong, I love TJ, but there is time and place for everything.

Irish Moss is used in brewing beer. Any brew supply store will have some.

There is one in the shopping center on South Winchester and Budd in San

Jose. There used to be one on North 7th downtown.
