Guest guest
North Indian Restaurant, only Asian Indian customers, lunch & dinner combo all under $7!! the only bad thing with these two restaurants is they use disposable plates etc... yuck, maybe bring your own plates www.niccafe.com opened 2006, near Jain Temple sounds like the owner is a veg look at this ~wonderful~ veg propaganda, it's pretty cool http://www.samontek.com/NicCafe/site/ click on history, if the above site doesn't work click on history in www.niccafe.com South Indian Cafe with Dosa http://www.yelp.com/biz/ganesh-bhavan-satya-sweets-milpitas opened over 3 years this place looks very hole in the wall, with crumbs on the wall. YOu can see the kitchen and it's not dirty at all to eat here. (it helps when there's no meat served). It needs a woman's touch in the decoration arena. Don't be surprised if the chef is the waiter also Lunch combo $6, what a deal The owner, Vajay was a vegetarian almost all his life (I think all his life) until he had to work as a Chef for the Marriot and other hotel chains serving prime rib etc... I told him he can be a vegetarian again, he said it's harder at his " old " age. I asked him why is the restaurant vegetarian. He said there's a lot of meditation centers and the customers requested his restaurant to serve only veg items. He said he listened to his customer and has no regrets that the restaurant is all veg. The above two restaurant is separated by a discount Indian Grocery Store " Indian Bazar " that serves samosas for 55 cents, veg roll 70 cents (made from frozen veg) if you enjoy my writeup, which I'm totally fancinated myself, - I found two veg restaurants in ONE day....pls do a review at the Ultimate guide especially in Fremont/South Bay area/Milpitas I will add the above restaurants to the guide.. I've been searching and trying veg restaurants, rather than non-veg restaurants,,, we need to support our veg restaurants. All these years I've been eating at a meat serving restaurant instead of a veg restaurant.. The owners of the veg http://www.milansweetmilpitas.com/ http://www.yelp.com/biz/milan-sweet-center-milpitas opened a yucky meat restaurant 200 feet from the above restaurants in the same mall. http://www.yelp.com/biz/milan-indian-cuisine-milpitas opened 3 months ago the $10 buffet has good selection for meat eaters but poor for veg eaters, they should of made it all veg! signature: To benefit all: Buy more bicycles, not more cars. (help the bicycle industry not the car industry) It was very clear American Auto makers were making inefficient SUVs/CARs that ONLY the American Market wanted. Everyone knew it, but profits speaks louder than words and/or reason. There's too many greedy people in this world. Why not make closed automobile plants into bicycle making plants. == Best Bicycle Event in SF www.sundaystreetssf.com <http://www.sundaystreetssf.com/> Next bike ride 24th street in the Mission will be closed
