Tend to be dried in honey....

 

Whereas fresh bannanas in the Uk just pump up the food miles....

 

We (that is me & my family) still eat em tho... good source of

not necessarily dried in honey and more portable, which is what they were concerned about.

I think they're fried in oil sometimes, aren't they? I'm actually not crazy about banana chips, although I like bananas. I usually end up buying several pounds per week to use in smoothies and fruit salads.

Hmmm - I have yet to see anyone manage to unzip a banana without reminding
