Guest guest
so..i need to complain to someone.. sorry..you unfortunately fit the bill.. hey..where are you going? so..the week started out with the neighbors kid visiting the fenced in section of our front yard..i wasn't home, but my partner and housemates watched it all..the lil tyke's name is Griffin, and, well, he lived up to his beastly namesake...i had a shovel in the front of my house..and the lil bugger went thru our gate and smashed everything he could before he was stopped..all my 4 o'clocks, went thru the roses, strawberries, nasturtiums, morning glories, all in about 10 seconds..i think he saw an evil gateway opening up under the plants and decided to save us all.. smashed em dead flat... *sigh* then, yesterday, my oh so bright other roomie decided to wash her gas guzzling car..and pulled the hose out front...washed her car..and then left the hose dangling thru the remaining roses bushes..and broke them... not my week have i mentioned i had been sick all week..wot i thought was allergies turned into a fever, chills, muscle crampin', runny nose, tight throat, can't breathe sort of thing..damn malaria.... and, just as i was feeling better yesterday...my best friend gave me her salad at the pub last nite..and on the last bite, i discovered something hard, crunchy and greasy..and automatically swallowed before my brain kicked in.. i ate a small piece of dead pig flesh..also known as bacon and ten minutes later it visited the toilet the same way it went down..technicolor yawn..and lucky me spent the night in the lil bois room... *sigh* wasn't really worth the free beer they gave me afterwards... not my week at all fraggle
Guest guest
Fraggle I'm so sorry to hear about your week - it was indeed bad! All that hard work gone for nothing. Have you really got malaria? and if so how do you manage it? I think you'd better have an email hug. Guest guest
You're not alone... the world decided to cave in on me this week too. Yesterday, a very good furry companion of mine decided to listen to her australian shephard instincts and took off the second I opened the backyard gate to lead my bike out. She just turned one this July and has never done this before. I ended up chasing her up and down streets for about half an hour only to have our terrifying run end with her getting hit by a car..... Luckily it turned out that Raven only had a few bumps and bruises and she found it OK to walk home by herself... but the driver didn't even stop to check up on her afterwards, and unfortunately I'm currently in a tight money situation, so had it been worse.... phew. A close, five year old relative was also diagnosed with the most fearsome strand of e.coli bacteria and needs a new kidney immediately.... Unfortunately, he's not as lucky as poor Raven. He's being released from the hospital because the one doctor in this area that deals with his kind situation is on vacation. Even worse, if his condition takes a dive his parents, as told, are to take him to an emergency hospital which is located many cities away. OoOoOoOooo! What a week! I hope you feel better soon fraggle. , EBbrewpunx@c... wrote: > so..i need to complain to someone.. > sorry..you unfortunately fit the bill.. > hey..where are you going? > > so..the week started out with the neighbors kid visiting the fenced in section of our front yard..i wasn't home, but my partner and housemates watched it all..the lil tyke's name is Griffin, and, well, he lived up to his beastly namesake...i had a shovel in the front of my house..and the lil bugger went thru our gate and smashed everything he could before he was stopped..all my 4 o'clocks, went thru the roses, strawberries, nasturtiums, morning glories, all in about 10 seconds..i think he saw an evil gateway opening up under the plants and decided to save us all.. > smashed em dead flat... > *sigh* > then, yesterday, my oh so bright other roomie decided to wash her gas guzzling car..and pulled the hose out front...washed her car..and then left the hose dangling thru the remaining roses bushes..and broke them... > not my week > have i mentioned i had been sick all week..wot i thought was allergies turned into a fever, chills, muscle crampin', runny nose, tight throat, can't breathe sort of thing..damn malaria.... > and, just as i was feeling better yesterday...my best friend gave me her salad at the pub last nite..and on the last bite, i discovered something hard, crunchy and greasy..and automatically swallowed before my brain kicked in.. > i ate a small piece of dead pig flesh..also known as bacon > and ten minutes later it visited the toilet the same way it went down..technicolor yawn..and lucky me spent the night in the lil bois room... > *sigh* > wasn't really worth the free beer they gave me afterwards... > not my week at all > fraggle

Guest guest
Here's something sure to cheer you and everyone else on the list up: Sam, my pug companion, had to be put to sleep today. Sorry, fraggle -- I couldn't let you have all the attention. It's a bad week, I guess. What are you going to do about the monster who ruined your garden?! I guess stringing him up by his testicles is out of the question, hunh? I bet he's one of those kids who instead of begging his mother to give him bread to feed the pigeons, he chases wildly after them in the hopes of crushing one under his feet. That always disturbs the hell out of me and I can't even count the number of times I have seen children do this.... I hope you feel better soon and that your flowers do, too! Guest guest
Really pretty flowers you can plant closely together so they look like a flowering shrubbery (I just watched Monty Python's Holy Grail...sorry) with flowers that open at around 4 o'clock, hence the name. I think they come in different colors. Very pretty. -- jojo Heartwork wrote: JojoSorry about your dog :-(What is a 4 o'clock?Jo> >> Here's something sure to cheer you and everyone else> on the list up:>> Sam, my pug companion, had to be put to sleep today.>> Sorry, fraggle -- I couldn't let you have all the> attention.>> It's a bad week, I guess.>> What are you going to do about the monster who ruined> your garden?!
