Good Morning!

Congrats on your zine, sounds like a lot of work! :)

My fav spread is Earth Balance, it's 100% Vegan and Non-GMO and taste

just like butter! It's great! For cheese I use Veggie Slices and

Veggie Shreds by Galaxy Foods. Both can be found at Trader Joe's and

Whole Foods and the cheese I have found at Dominick's (Safeway) and

Jewel as well.

Hope this helps!

the taste of 'Pure' (soya spread) and Cheezly. Anyone know of any

nicer tasting soya margarine/butter or cheese that can be bought in a

local town? On the plus side, I bought some soya milkshakes 'Oya'

from Holland & Barrett and love them (which surprised me as last time

I tasted soya milk I thought it was revolting)! I think they're

making me put on weight as I'm drinking loads of them! Does anyone

else have fussy taste like me?!

I don't think we have Trader Joe's in England (do we?)? We have Safeway... Anyone in the UK know if these products are found in Safeway over here?

i'm also a bit fan of earth balance. as for cheeses, i have a hard time

myself finding ones without casein, but i believe that there are a couple of

soya kaas kinda out there that are good- hard to find though. if you're in

london, check out the chain of stores called fresh and wild- they usually

carry it. that's the only area of the UK i know well though- you can always

try searching for health food stores on www.happycow.org. and i LOVE those

sOYa things- i miss them so much! if i can't find them in the states soon,

i'm going to try to get some company to stock them in their supermarket i

think. :)
