My fav spread is Earth Balance, it's 100% Vegan and Non-GMO and taste just like butter! It's great! For cheese I use Veggie Slices and Veggie Shreds by Galaxy Foods. Both can be found at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods and the cheese I have found at Dominick's (Safeway) and Jewel as well. Hope this helps!
