Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving. Shells Agli Olio 1/4 cup olive oil 2 tablespoon white wine 10 garlic cloves minced 1 cup fresh spinach leaves stems removed torn into small pieces 1 pound cooked shell pasta In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and wine. Add the garlic and saute for 5 minutes. Add the spinach and saute just until it wilts. Toss the garlic spinach sauce with hot shells and serve. Makes 6 servings of 1 cup. Lightly oil a 9 x 13-inch baking pan or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Divide filling evenly and place each portion near the base of a cabbage leaf. Roll leaves up tightly, folding in the sides as you roll. Place rolls stem side down in prepared pan. Spoon sauce evenly over rolls. Cover Tightly and bake 1 hour. Wash lentils. Cook lentils in 7 (or less) cups of water, with salt, for 10 minutes after boiling. Add rice and cook for 15 minutes. Then add onions and oil and cook for 15 minutes more. Liquid should evaporate. More time may be needed. I know how awful it is about the hamster, I lost 2 out of three gerbils once like that. They're such escape artists. Loads of affectionate feelings on their way to you. If you ever have another rodent, keep it in the bedroom with you (in it's home of course), then you'll know if it gets out. Hope you managed to avoid the ants with your big bare feet. I have to watch out for slugs. Every time I go to the kitchen I stand at the doorway, peering around... And I've got a julienne thingy that would sort-of grate parsnips.
