prebreaded okra

When I fix it in the oven like that it gets crispy/hard sort of. Makes good

snacking watching TV. I've not tried it dipped in anything but I bet it would

be good!

Try it like that and see... let me know!

That does sound like the best way to go. I think I would

want it crispy and not greasy mush. Do you dip it in

anything? I was thinking that LightHouse brand

jalapeno ranch dressing would be fab. :)

They are good when deep fried until very golden brown/drained well and if you

eat them right away they are not mushy but if you wait they get that way.
