Guest guest Posted November 3, 2003 Report Share Posted November 3, 2003 (((group hug)))) I'm gonna try Bryanna's " Unturkey " - she has several different recipes, but I want to prepare the version she has with stuffing in the middle, seitan around the stuffing, and then a crispy exterior made with bean curd sheets (it is actually the skin taken off of soy milk, repeatedly, until a thick layer is formed and then let to dry)!
