Guest guest
> So... with all that rambling.... what blood type are you? I'm a type A. SO, I totally *agree* with the blood type diet! That being said, I am somewhat familiar with this diet theory. I find it interesting, but am not sure what I really think about it.
Guest guest
the evolutionary logic of this is just plain wrong too. even if we assume that they could somehow determine that the A type came about more recently... The hunters were not necessarily bigger meat eaters than people in agricultural societies... not having high-powered rifles makes killing animals difficult for people, there is no way anyone completed sustained themselves on meat. humans have never been carnivores and they have always eaten a lot more plant life than meat, even before they knew how to grow it. this whole diet is just a convenient excuse for meatheads if they happen to have the meat blood type. all blood type has to with is what other blood types you are compatible with. some people have faster metabolisms than others, but meat is bad for ALL humans. TW... if you haven't read about this diet plan it tells about where and when the different blood types came about. The one that my mom's bf is was one of the first and they were hunters. BIG meat eaters. The " A " type was a newer type and they were farmers so ate loads of natural stuff. Kinda cool, even if it is a tad hokey ) peace nikkiow determine
Guest guest
FWIW, I'm O-, which I believe is the group that is supposed to be meat eaters. I am basically Vegan since March, and I've haven't felt this good since I was 15. I don't crave meat; in fact, I am repulsed by it. As far as I can tell, this is pseudo-science, and I think some people grab on as an excuse to eat meat. I do know someone who was Vegan who went back to eating meat as a result of reading the book, but I know a lot more people who have blood-types other than A who feel way better eating Veg. --- goodkarma <karmacharmer wrote: > But, i had picked up the thin copy of the Eat Right > for Your Type book for my blood type.
