Guest guest
Certainly there will be people that the blood type diet fits perfectly. It is nothing more than coincidence. Lots of people dislike red meat or feel bad after eating it. Lots don't. People who read horoscopes find the same coincidences. The fortunes are usually extremely vague so that they could apply to a wide array of people. If you want to believe that the stars and your birth date influence your life, then you will find ways to make the horoscope fit. You may even ignore or forget the instances when the horroscope was " wrong " because you are so amazed by the cases when it was dead on. This does not mean that there is anything to astrology other than superstitious nonsense. If you've ever seen " crossing over " with John Edwards its the same thing, but even more obvious... " I'm getting vibes from someone with an E name.. Edith.. Elizabeth. Elaine... " And this is the stuff that's televised... This is John Edwards when he's at his best. The blood type diet is less obvious, but still a hoax. Listen to Melody, the diet is bogus. You'd be better off with snake oil. , " goodkarma " <karmacharmer@m...> wrote: > In psuedo defense of the blood-type diet, I have to say it's weird. I ran across a copy of it when i was shopping at whole foods (keep in mind this is after all the discussion started about this particular diet), and me being a type-a blood person, I was curious. So, I picked it up, read it a bit, and that describes me to a T. :-) > > megan > > ***** ***** ***** > > That's what i meant too... just kinda cool that it " fit " me so well ) > Also... hyper or hype glycemic... is there both? I get VERY shakey when i haven't ate in a while. I mean head spinning and can barely hold a glass! It's a bit bizarre and embarassing... i don't understand because i am about 80 pounds overweight and can't quite understand why that happens. I know a tad about nutrition but not much about the glycemic stuff nor diabetes. > peace > nikki > > > > > --- > > Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). > Version: 6.0.541 / Virus Database: 335 - Release 11/14/2003 > >

Just enjoyed the fact that my blood type was vegetarian. I think this is a cool group, good recipes and chat... but some take things really seriously. I was just bringing up something i found interesting... peace nikki --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com). Guest guest
and no one was accusing you of accepting the diet. the post was just an explanation for why people buy into such things. > > Never said i was going to follow any diet, never said the diet was gospel or even true.
