Guest guest
It actually made national news when a vegetarian group had some of the burgers analyzed and it turned out some of the samples they bought were real beef. This forced McDonald's to admit they'd told their managers to substitute the patties from Quarter Pounders if they ran out of McVeggie patties, rather than telling the public that they'd run out. Guest guest
I understand that McDonald began using meat flavoring in their fries again when people complained [i dont think they explored a veggie option]. Also, if you buy something that doesn't spell out the seasonings, beware. Even avoid buying refied beans unless it specifies " vegetarian " . I've also been told that chinese restaurants will sometimes serve a veggie meal using chicken broth so it's important to investigate when eating out.
