i do a very similar dip, but instead of sour cream and mozzerella i use

tofutti cream cheeze. it's total crap nutritionally, but it's a HUGE hit at

parties!

Hi,

 

Tofutti has a soy version of sour cream, but it has partially

hydrogenated vegetable oil in it (don't know whether you are

concerned about this for health reasons).

 

Here's a recipe for vegan sour cream. I haven't tried it, but it

looks quite simple, & you'd think it would work fine in dips.

Tofutti makes an excellent vegan sour cream!! I would use it!

I love Tofutti Better than Sour Cream! Sure, it's not

good for you, but it's yummy! I also love their herb

Better than Cream Cheese.
