Hi

My name is Atmara and I've been traveling a lot the last few months.

Glad to be back and wish to share one of my fav dishes.

Start with a can of young tender fava beans

heat the contents

serve with hot pita bread, extra virgin olive oil

chopped parsley, lemon juice, chopped tomatoes and onions

and maybe a bit of crumbled feta cheese

Im a belly dancer and dont have much time for cooking so this

is a great meal

Enjoy

Atmara

Can I see another's woe,

And not be in sorrow too?

Can I see another's grief,

And not seek for kind relief?

Believe this is what they call foole in the Arab world, it's pretty

good. I'd done variants on it with other beans since don't have easy

access to favas. It's popular for breakfast, and I've surprised

myself by enjoying it in the morning too; can't always do the garnish

items, but lemon and olive oil on the beans are the main feature.
