I like them because they also had an option for vegetarian/vegan weightloss and you can choose from recipes or convenience foods, or a combo of both. Anyway, i thought i would share some of the recipes I've been making so far under my weightloss plan. This is what I'm eating for breakfast right now. :-D I made it vegan by substituting maple syrup for the honey. Even Elvis would like this one. *heh* BANANA ROLL TREAT Ingredients: 1 medium banana 1 tbsp. wheat germ 1 1/2 tsp. honey 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 1/4 tbsp. low sodium peanut butter 1 oz. barley nugget cereal (Grape Nuts or similar) Directions: Mix the cereal, wheat germ, and pumpkin pie spice in shallow dish. Smear peanut butter and honey on banana. Roll banana in the cereal mix to coat. Refrigerate, or eat immediately!
