" ~*J.Krishnamurti Pan Fried Tofu with Shiitake Mushroom Sauce 1 cake firm or extra firm tofu 1-2 Tbs. olive oil or non-stick spray oil 1/2 cup Annie Chun's Shiitake Mushroom Sauce 1/4 cup fresh chopped onion or scallion Cut tofu into 1/4 inch thickness - 2 x 3 inch rectangle shaped cubes and dry with paper towels. Preheat pan on moderate heat for 2-3 minutes. Add olive oil or use spray. Start to pan fry tofu until both sides are browned. Reduce heat when tofu is browned and add Shiitake Mushroom Sauce into pan. Add onion or scallion. Cover with lid and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
