This is quite a tasty product and rather versatile. You can make lil

chunks/crumbles of it, which are great for some good ole fattening

biscuits & gravy. They make good breakfast patties too. There are

only two of us here, so we cook up a whole tube of it and then freeze

the remaining patties between wax paper. We always cook the 'sausage'

in vegetable oil and season w/ salt, pepper, and red chili pepper.

Yum, I love using Gimme Lean 'Sausage' in biscuits and gravy. During

our last camping trip in Central Oregon, we treated ourselves to a

lovely morning of it.

Another favorite recipe is making 'sausage' rolls, little bite sized

pieces of Gimme Lean in a flaky crust.

For 'hamburger' style crumbles I like to Yves or Quorn brands better

than the Gimme Lean.

recipe.
