Yeah, that would be great. Most of their stuff is not vegan, but I will admit

that they make going veggie so much easier for a lot of people.

We just finished reading Jeffrey Smith's book " Seeds of Deception " and it was a

real eye opener. It inspired Nicole and I to start getting

all of our produce (and some groceries) from Planet Organics

thrilled about. Initially

I thought that it would be more expensive, but it has turned out to be a lot

cheaper then going to Safeway or Albertsons.

cook the 'sausage' in vegetable oil and season w/ salt, pepper, and red chili

pepper. "

 

That is a good idea. frozen patties make sense. especially because that would be

a lot easier to work with first thing in the

morning than in it's uncooked form.

Yes, they often have egg whites in them.

I don't know why they do that. There are

so many other items they could just as easily

use for a tasteless binder.

Gardenburger brand is better as far as using

organic ingrdients, but for some reason they use

cheese in most products.

That is great. I have found that by shopping at

smaller produce stands and farmer's markets that

I can get my vegetables for a better price and they

actually taste good; not like plastic coated wax.
