Guest guest Posted April 8, 2004 Report Share Posted April 8, 2004 i had these nachos at a restaurant named continental divide in charlottesville, virginia. i was easily able to duplicate them at home. they are sooo good. garden of eatin's red hot blues are my favorite chips....check out their website at www.gardenofeatin.com red hot blues nachos garden of eatin red hot blues chips monterrey jack cheese, shredded goat cheese, crumbled melt monterrey jack on top of the red hot blues. crumble the goat cheese on top of the melted monterrey jack and serve.
