Guest guest
Oh man, this is great timing on scDaves part. I was thinking about making some wraps this weekend to take for lunches and whatnot. Do you all have any idears, as Elaine has presented here? I was kind of thinking about a wheat tortilla with some sort of black bean mixture (browned onion, garlic and chipotles), brown rice and a white cheese thrown together. It could be microwaved...I'd make a big ole batch of pico de gallo for the side (or even guac). It could be thrown on top of the wrap or inside....or as a chip topper. Do you all have favorites?? Something different perhaps?? Some good cold wrap ideas for the summer would be nice. The best part is the wrap part and what kinds of breading would go well. Maybe some type of jalapeno and cheese thang or even a sudried tomato thang. Do share!
