tortilla roll up/wrap ideas wrap version of old standard

ok here's a wrap version of an old vegetarian standard. to me there

is nothing more refreshing than a cheese, avocado, and sprouts

sandwich with ranch dressing. only problem is everything likes to

fall out of the bread unless you are extra careful. well one night I

tried using a flour tortilla and making it like a wrap and it worked

alot better. you can use alot more sprouts or anything for that

matter and everything stays put. give that a try.

I love wraps... i swair thats is like 1/3'rd of what i eat.. lol i live in a

small town and there isnt many vegie choices...at all..and all my roomates eat

meat..
