Guest guest
i like Earth Balance; they even make a shortening that doesn't contain trans fats if i am remembering correctly. It came in sticks like butter does. Sometimes i am lucky enough to find it at a grocery outlet for really low cost. ~ pt ~ First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win. ~ Mahatma Gandhi (1869-1948) ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~~~~~~~> , psybermus <psybermus> wrote: > Sounds like typical dairy industry propaganda to me > ;=) However, most margarines are not very healthy. Guest guest
I've heard of that stuff- how is it? I've never used it. I remember when it came out, and I was sort of excited, but now that I've learned more about hydrogenation, I'm not sure in what way nitrogenation is supposed to be better or safer. Guest guest
Smart Balance is great. It tastes fine. It's supposed to be healthy. It's made in an Omega oil version now too I think, but I'm not a nutritionist.
