i like Earth Balance; they even make a shortening that

doesn't contain trans fats if i am remembering correctly.

It came in sticks like butter does.

Sometimes i am lucky enough to find it at a grocery

outlet for really low cost.

I've heard of that stuff- how is it? I've never used it. I remember when it

came out, and I was sort of excited, but now that I've learned more about

hydrogenation, I'm not sure in what way nitrogenation is supposed to be better

or safer.

Smart Balance is great. It tastes fine. It's supposed to be healthy.

It's made in an Omega oil version now too I think, but I'm not a

nutritionist. Enjoy!
