Guest guest
I bought Splenda for a while, figuring that it wouldn't be that bad for me if I only used it occasionally. And it tasted good. But every time I used it I started to feel really rotten, nauseated, got that slight feeling that tremors were really close to coming through and that soon I'd feel worse. Imagining all those tortured animals does that kind of thing to me. Not at all good for my health. So i don't use it any more. Best, Pat ;=) New and Improved Mail - Send 10MB messages! Guest guest
Try Stevia instead, a natural herb that is non caloric, helps increase fat metabolism, reduces blood pressure, and is many times sweeter than sugar!! psybermus <psybermus wrote:I bought Splenda for a while, figuring that it wouldn't be that bad for me if I only used it occasionally. Guest guest
I tried it for a while (diabetes runs in the family and that such...thought it would be a new thing to try) but I didn't read up on it for the longest time. I like stevia a lot better. I get the tremors thing and get nauseated too. My grandma also keeps buying it for me. I only use it when I am out of everything else cause she gets those HUGE bags and sends them. She loves it. Doesn't mess with her diabetes. (I tried to tell her about all the stuff discussed on here but she won't have it) Usually ends up in some cookies or brownies. Definately NOT a regualr consumer of the stuff. Scary --- psybermus <psybermus wrote: > I bought Splenda for a while, figuring that it > wouldn't be that bad for me if I only used it > occasionally. And it tasted good. Guest guest
Can you please link to any credible source which supports your claim that stevia increases fat metabolism? In a previous post, you claimed that it inhibits fat absorption- those are different things. Which is it?
