Guest guest
Hey, I know I'm knew but I just had to say something. I used to be about 280lbs when I ate meat, when I became a vegetarian within six months I was down to 235. I'm currently sitting at a " svelt " 225 (luckily I'm 6'2 and built like a wall so it doesn't look bad). That being said, I worked harder than I've ever worked every day for those six months and the weightless was gradual. Just keep in mind that everyone loses weight differently and everyone is built differently. About the digestion thing, I find exercising every day keeps my stomach down, and if it doesn't, consult a doctor cuz you never know (I'm 16 and already had my gallbladder out, it was bugging me since 11) and you're never to young or old to be hit by a problem, but that's my 3 and half cents.
