Guest guest Posted August 5, 2004 Report Share Posted August 5, 2004 REFRIED BEAN BURGERS (yield: 10 - 12 burgers) 2 cups refried beans, prepared according to package instructions 1/2 cup stock or water, if needed 1 cup cooked rice 1 cup toasted seeds 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast 1/4 cup tamari 1/4 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp thyme 1/2 cup raw grated carrots 2 cups rolled oats or bread crumbs Mix all ingredients together and form into patties.
