Hi

I made my first batch of soya milk today ( with a mixer and forgot to

boil the milk after straining it.....so threw it away as it was too

watery...then realised my mistake so am on batch two now....DOH!!)

Anyway, I wondered if anyone knows what I can use the pulp/okara for

as it seems a shame to waste it. At the moment I have it in a bowl in

the fridge...hoping someone can tell me I can make something from

it :)

Many thanks

Deb

Hi Deb.

i don't know any use for it other than composting.

If you give it back to the earth to enrich the soil it

isn't wasting it, imo. But perhaps someone here

will have a culinary use for it for you to try.

Awesome sites, Nancy. Thank you so much for sharing

and demystifying the tofu process. Is this site your own?

Either way, do feel free to add these great links into

our group's LINKS section.

Looks so simple when you have pictures to follow. :)
