Guest guest
So, I've been doing some research on these body build types, Endomorph, Ectomorph (which to me sounds like something from Ghostbusters), and Mesomorph. So, to pose an interesting question, what type are you, and any tips you have for people of the same category. Personally, I'm an endo-mesomorph (Namely, I'm built like a tank lol). it means basically I have a strong muscular build, but, I have a heavy bone structure and a bit of a tummy on me (oh well). My advice for people of my structure (the fellow armoured cruisers out there) is to watch your fat intake and try to cut out as much sugar as possible (working on it). They say watch the carbs, I say, just burn em off by working out. Well, that's all for me, just thought I'd post something totally off topic, cheers. -Jawsh
Guest guest
Interested in what the different types are...please elaborate. Yes, weird reply, but I have to sleep! Guest guest
Ok, steretypically here are the body types, The Endomorph is a round body shape which is generally stocky, shorter limbs, big midsection and weight around the stomach area. They find it hard to lose fat once it's there. The Ectomorph is the exact opposite, small, built such as a stick, generally tall and skinny (think computer dork). And the Mesomorph is the muscular " ideal western " build (think dumb jock). That's the basic explanation of each, I can give some websites to go over it in detail if you like.
