It's by Nature's Plus, so you cane easily find it in most health food stores. It is all natural, vegetarian, and hypo-allergenic. I love it because I don't gag taking it and just pop 3 in my mouth once or at each meal and it makes me feel full of healthy yummy vitamins. I recommend it most definitely!
