Guest guest
No flames from me. It sounds like an interesting job (especially the preparing new products and the tasting part (for the veggie foods!). It's rare nowadays to find people who work in the same company that generations before them did; are you pretty well known there? I checked out the company's website. They've got good information about there veggie foods. Denise , Cathrine Qua <cathrineq@r...> wrote: > <putting on my flame retardant suit> > > I work for Schneider Foods. Guest guest
Thanks... yeah, I'm pretty well known, although moreso by my maiden name. I was soooo happy when we came out with Oh Naturel - finally, a whole line of products I could eat! Yeah! Cathrine , " organic_homestead " <organic_homestead> wrote: > No flames from me. Hey Catherine, could you post a link to that Oh Naturel product line? i know i would like to check it out, and surely others here might as well. Thanks! *s* ~ pt ~ We all travel the milky way together, trees and men... trees are travellers, in the ordinary sense. Guest guest
I see the link has been posted already! I can send you some cents off coupons, if you want - email me off list with your mailing address. We also have a recipe booklet, and I think I posted my shepherd's pie recipe here already. My favorites are the Burger, Ground Burger (like ground " beef " ), Chick'n Nugget, and Wiener. The Chick'n Strip is particularly good in a stir fry with Heinz's new vegetable sauce " Sweet Teriyaki and Ginger. " The Chick'n Burgers are a big seller, and great if you liked breaded chicken burgers before you became a veggie. Same goes for the beef tips and meatballs. It's currently only available in Canada, and can be found in Canada Safeway (frozen and wieners), Sobeys, A & P, Loblaws just listed most due to consumer demand, and IGA. Where they keep it varies from produce, meat, frozen, even deli, and health food departments. Ask if you don't find it. Let me know what you think! I find the burger miles better than Yves', and I never liked Yves " chicken nugget " - ours is also miles better (although Zooglos is awesome, too.) I've not tried Yves' new chicken and beef strips, so I can't comment. I'm still a big fan of Yves' Spicy Jumbo Dog, and hope we come out with something similar, too.
