Skallops question Tofu dogs

Ok, I found the Worthington hot dogs this weekend -- YUM!!!! Thanks so much

for that suggestion, lots of people! :)

I also found the skallops and the " diced chik " (which I'm going to use to

make chicken salad). I thought for sure that these things would be really

high in sodium (like most canned foods -- I usually use Quorn's naked

chicken, which is frozen instead of canned), but they're not.

What do you do with the skallops?

I fry them crisp. They are good by themselves but I like to add them

to oriental dishes, stroganoff, etc.

No ignorance at all -- or if it is ignorance, I'm just as ignorant as you!

It's a Worthington product, looks like canned chicken. Haven't tried it yet,

I'll let you know my rating. :) I've just discovered the Worthington

stuff... the hot dogs were WONDERFUL!!!
