Guest guest Posted October 22, 2008 Report Share Posted October 22, 2008 Cucumber Sandwiches Mix some Cream cheese with some Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, until you have a nice easy to spread mixture. Stir in some dill weed. Spread some toasted English Toasting loaf bread slices with this. You can find this bread in the bakery at Walmart. Sprinkle with finely chopped toasted nuts of your choice(walnuts are very good) I toast them in a dry frying pan. Add some cucumber slices and sprinkle with smoked paprika and a little salt. So good! Small cocktail bread (is that what it is called - the little bread?) spread with cream cheese (plain is just fine, or chive is good too) sprinkle on fresh dill and top with slices (one chunky slice or 2 thin is good) of cucumber - yummy (and pretty and green - great for parties!)
