Fruit jel pie

 

1 prepared, pre baked pie crust

1 can 100% apple juice blend consentrate

1/2 can water

1/4-1/2c cornstarch

1 bag frozen fruit (peaches, berries, etc, to compliment juice above)

 

Place juice consentrate, water and starch in a saucepan. Simmer until

thickened. Add fruit. Pour into pie crust and refridgerate until set

firm.

 

We had this pie over the weekend and it is fabulous.

I'm not Cherie, but it should be just work just fine, since the graham cracker

crust is already baked too. This pie sure does sound healthy and good.

Seems like this would be good in an graham cracker crust. Anyone tried it that

way. I'm not good at changing recipes.
