6 fresh corn tortillas

1 cup refried beans ( or smashed black beans)

1 cup mashed avocados

1 cup salsa

1 cup fresh lettuce

1 cup chopped tomatoes

 

Layer beans, avocadoes and salsa on tortillas. Bake 10 min. At 350 degrees.

Remove and layer with lettuce and tomatoes.

Contains 156 calories and 7 g. fat. Very good
