Here is a delicous smoothie that we make in our Vita-Mix. A great way to start

your day.

You can add cabbage and no one will ever even know it's in there. You can also

add Kale or spinach and it will

make a delicous green smoothie, but won't taste much different all all, just

change the color and add even more

nutrition.

Sunrise Fruit Smoothie

4 c. Sunrise Growers Frozen Mixed Fruit(strawberries, peaches, pineapple, red

grapes) or Mixed Berry Medley frozen fruit

2 c. milk of your choice

3 T. Sweetener of choice

Put in your Liquid in the Vita-Mix first and then add fruit and sweetener.

Blend until velvety smooth about 1 minute.

4 nice size glass servings

Enjoy,

Judy
