I wanted to post a review of

Tofu Burger Patty Mix - by House Foods

Our sweet Donna sent me a couple of pkgs of this to try. It really has a nice

flavor. You mix the pkg with a block of Firm or Extra Firm Tofu mixing well

with your hands to smush up the tofu. Heat oil in a skillet and form 5 patties

with your hands and put in the hot oil. Brown on both sides. I sprinkled the

finished product with some Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. We ate them like

this, but you can also put them on a burger bun and add burger toppings of your

choice. I imagine a burger bun spread with Veganaise/Mayo, some Wholly

Guacamole and some alfalfa spouts would be delicious with this patty.

It really dresses up a package of tofu.

I have a book on my Kindle, full of nothing but veggie burgers.I've not read it
