Cafe Mocha

1 cup of instant coffee, Tasters Choice or Roma - a roasted grain beverage(I

like this)

2 cups of Hot Chocolate Mix pwd.

3 cups of Carnation Instant Dry Milk pwd. I have tried other brands and they

don't taste as well.

Mix all together and store in a sealed container.

To make your cup of Cafe Mocha; boil your water, pour into your cup and add 3

tablespoons to your cup. If you have a big mug you will have to adjust the

number to tablespoons you add to it.

Audrey,

Congratulations for not buying very expensive drinks like Starbucks with their

disposable cups. They are not bio-degradable.

You might want to try this too if you like Mocha. I love it and it is soooo easy

It's

1 Tab. Nescafe Classico Decaf

1 Tab. organic powdered chocolate

1/2 Tab. sugar

1 cup powdered milk

********************************************************

I use Nescafe because it tastes great and comes in a *glass* jar.

I'm trying to live a *greener* lifestyle so use little or no plastic and no

styrofoam.

I also make a tea mixture using dry milk and my favorite herb teas.

At home I make my Mocha with Chocolate Soy Milk, powdered chocolate, and sweeten

with Agave Nectar

Deanna in Colorado

also at recycled_gardens
